• Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

• Shipping Rates & Delivery: Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

• Tracking Your Order: Once your shoes are shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

• Damages & Lost Packages: Benraj is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and file a claim with the shipment carrier.

• International Shipping: We currently ship [internationally / to select countries]. Please note that any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order are the responsibility of the customer.
