• 30-Day Window: You have 30 days after receiving your shoes to request a return or exchange.

• Shoe Condition: To be eligible, shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and free of scuffs or dirt. Please try them on indoors on a carpeted surface to avoid damaging the soles.

• Packaging: Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, placed inside a protective shipping mailer or outer box. Do not stick labels directly onto the shoe box.
